Hurricane Bay Touchfree Auto Wash

I swear it came out dirtier than it went in. The 'arms' were set too far apart, got zero soap on my vehicle and some spots were literally still dry on the bottom and top. The shampooer didn't work at all after putting extra money in the dryer to be able to use it. Do NOT waste your money!!

i swiped my card n two others and it said thank you for all n verifying for 20 seconds each card. none allowed to use. had to get change. i was panicked to think the cards were empty or were not valid. i have a lot more driving to get home. so i can as very very upset over this. so i had to get in my truck n call each card. well i’m happy to say my cards had no problem. but your car wash does or the people that own hurricane bay in kentucky n then the smell fragrance. doesn’t accept anything. maybe this place to be revamped n it’s a 24 hour unattended car wash. so why even have hours available. it’s a self serve joke … on third / green streets better not have any charges in the cards tried n not used.

Took my money today, no number to call. It doesn't work half the time, this place should be shut down

Wasted $10 on car wash came out as dirty as it went in. 25% of the jets didn't work. Not the car wash it was in the beginning. Poor maintenance.

Water spots, window smears and spent 8.00 on the top tier wash. The vehicle was still dirty.
