Hurricane Express Wash

Stopped in at this location while traveling, I paid for the CAT 5+ and got the CAT 0-. The tunnel had a HORRIBLE odor, no soap applied on passenger side, left soap on my car and my car was completely wet (only 1 blower working). Went to go vacuum my car and the nozzle claw fell right on off… luckily I knew how to fix it since nobody was available to help. Only saw 1 clean towel at vacuum station and 1 bottle of window cleaner to be found way on the other side of the parking lot… The trash can was filthy, trash all on the ground, place was just dirty. Waste of money 😅

Nice car wash, however it seems much harsher on the car and finish and it's not as long or with as many features as the one in Fayetteville on Raeford road. Also the one in Fayetteville is clearly and noticeably much gentler through the wash. It also has more sprays and makes me question whether or not some of the options that should be included with the category 5 at the Lumberton location are included when visiting there. Also to Lumberton location some of the devices don't seem to be working properly if at all. That is another issue I have noticed with the Fayetteville Raeford road location but not as extensive. When I have time I will make the extra drive to Fayetteville to use the better Hurricane service. I do have a contract and have enjoyed it.

Excellent car wash. Great products and top notch customer service. Highly recommended.

Wanted to give Kayla a shout-out for doing an amazing job at Hurricane, hard workers like that is hard to find, give that lady a raise,also my wash was great,better than the last time ,also Kayla made sure I had everything I needed ,rags,tire cleaner and window cleaner ,also I got a air freshener 😂 haven't had one from here in months!

Best car wash in town ! Customer service is top tier and equipment is always in great shape.
