I was with Hurricane Car Wash for several months and decided I wasn’t using it as much as I should have, and when I decided I no longer needed the service, I went to cancel through the app. Immediately after canceling, a pop-up offered me a promotion for 50% off the next two months if I kept my membership. I accepted the offer, assuming the discount would be applied. The following month, I was charged the full price anyway. When I contacted Hurricane Car Wash, they refused to honor the promotion, even though it appeared right after canceling and was clearly meant to keep me from leaving. Their support provided no real help and didn’t seem concerned that their own app displayed an offer they wouldn’t stand behind. This felt like a deceptive practice designed to keep customers paying full

I never thought I would see an automated car wash that could provide a wash job as good as hand washing does. I thought wrong. With the Cat. 5+ membership, my truck is almost detail quality, every time. All I have to do is touch up a coue of hard to reach spots after I go through. And it's clean. 👍
