I got my car back in better shape than I thought I would and in much better condition than I dropped it off. It even drives better! They turned a bad experience from a different shop to a pleasant one. Had I known how easy, convenient, and pleasant it could be I would have dropped my car off there to begin with. They are Lexus certified, AAA affiliated, and partnered with Enterprise. No worries, one stop, no hassle..and they do it all with a smile. I had such a lovely experience. I won't trust my car with anyone else.

Very satisfied from the start till my car was finished. the 3 womens who work in the front especially Melisa was super helpful. explained and answers all your questions. Also, the repair people who take good care of my car… Kudos! This place is highly recommended. thank you.

Took my Lexus there for repairs, ended up with two different colors and stolen items. Because this is a bodyshop recommended by my insurance company, I have to let them repaint my car.

Hustead Auto Body was great with communication and constantly providing updates on what step my car is at. I cant speak about Susan highly enough. She answered all my questions, provided realistic timelines, and ensured i understand the process. Definitely recommend.

Overall their service SUCKS. They installed a wrong tail light on my tacoma, dismantled my truck bed cover and did not put them back. Left the truck super dirty inside. I am told to bring my truck back to them to fix the issue and they did the same mistake. HUSTEAD auto body dont pay attention to details. VERY POOR customer service.
