Tanner was amazing today. My daughter and I got stranded on the side of the road. We are not from Ohio and I wasn’t sure where I was fully going. When I called the PD for help, the officer on scene said he called Hutch’s. Tanner pulls up and asked where I would like to go. After telling him where I am from he said he could get me as close as he could due to it being the weekend and being the only driver at that time available. I said that was ok. Called my friend in the area to see if we could take it to their house and the said yes! Tanner said perfect and took us there. Was very professional and very nice! I use to be a dispatcher for a towing company so knowing how things worked helped and I knew what he was talking bout etc when it came to towing :) he also gave me other towing compani

For the Semi Truck & Trailer, the impound fee was way way way lower than our whole team expected. Professional service by the Miss Marcia and her employee's. Really grateful that we have this type of an towing in Ohio. Call them if you need anything they will show up at the scene in a no time!

I was originally told a couple hours and then I’ve been about 30 minutes or so and the lady I believe her name is Marge was very friendly and polite when she answered the phone both times did I talk to her?
