I had a really great experience here and highly recommend them. They were super communicative throughout the entire process, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. I love their app. It allowed me to approve the work directly from my phone, and they posted pictures so I could see exactly what they were seeing. They also made the drop-off process incredibly easy. I was able to drop my car off after hours and fill out a simple form in the drop box explaining what I was experiencing. It was quick and convenient. When I did speak with them on the phone, they were friendly, personable, and easy to talk to. They also offer convenient payment options, including Affirm, which was pretty cool. Out of all the places I have taken my jeep I think this place tops them all! Great customer service! Fast service! And very knowledgeable! I had a lot of work done and picked up my car within 3 days!! I will definitely be back!! Thanks Eric and everyone else that fixed on my jeep! I appreciate yall!!

This was my first visit to Hutto Auto. My car was due an oil and filter change. I thought I would take advantage of their direct mail coupon that I had received. The staff there at Hutto Auto were very friendly and professional. They got me in and out in a good amount of time, and the coupon came in handy. I would not hesitate to come back. I can’t speak of any other service that they offer here but based on my interaction, if I needed work done I would definitely be willing to see what they offered.

Beware of gouging. I went in for an oil change and had a coupon. That went fine and they did it in a timely manner. However, they identified an issue with my gasket and presented me an option to fix for $700 labor and $440 for parts. I shared the itemized proposal to another mechanic and they said the parts were < $100 and the labor would be $100. So I'd be paying over $900 more to use Hutto Auto...no thanks.

Hutto Automotive was very meticulous and professional. They added a few goodies to my 55, and made it cooler than it already was! Chris Tovar and his staff are very knowledgeable and the prices are very reasonable. I would recommend them any day!
