HWB Car Wash

Just left the place and while it's still fresh in mind let me tell you what happened: I get there around 8:30am, I had a coupon I got in the mail that had a discounted price on the custom car wash, I walk up to the guy and ask "what's better, the custom or the morning special?" He says go for the custom which is $3 more then the morning special, before I hand him my keys I say, "please focus on the inside, like really give it a good cleaning INSIDE, there's nothing in the car right now, so I'd appreciate if you gave the inside a good cleaning." He says, "Okay, okay, yeah! Got it!" I pay, I walk across to the 7/11, grab a coffee. See my car off to the side getting wiped down and I get settled to sit there for like at least an hour while they clean. Nope, after 20 mins, at 8:50, cars done! I

Probably the last good car wash in Burbank. Family owned business kind people very helpful. I can imagine how easily people could get upset at a car wash and leave a negative review. It doesn't surprise me that there's a handful of bad reviews below. My experience was surprisingly great though. Had a very nice discussion with the owners a husband and wife team doing their best to make it. While I was there, I saw a veteran getting a free car wash on Veterans Day.

DO NOT BELIEVE THE WEBSITE. It is all CRAP. I went in for an quick exterior wash - the website displays an employee washing with a power washer, what a load of crap. I ended up with a $18.00 mechanical wash. Granted the wipe down did leave a great look. DO NOT BELIEVE MY SERVICE AND PRICE!!!!

The workers there work incredibly hard and they leave your car exceptionally clean! These guys wash your car like if they were detailing it. The inside office and bathrooms are clean and air conditioned. The cashiers are very nice and professional. You can get a chair massage in an air conditioned room, while sipping on a drink or ice cream you can also buy there! The prices are not bad either. I highly recommend this car wash.

I've never been disappointed here. Always a really good job with my truck. My favorite guy outside is Flores, he pays attention to details and wants you to be satisfied with your car wash. Thank you Flores!👍🙂
