Worst customer service ever. Don't expect this guy to be helpful at all he might hang up on you too. Also there's plenty of other scrappers that'll pay more and tow yards that are cheaper in Madison. Good luck with your attitude in life dude

Hwy 34 Customs did a fantastic job with a big rock extraction/removal at our family acreage.

The service I received at Hwy 34 Customs was exceptional! I had just bought a car, and I took it in to get the rust removed from above the rear wheel wells. The price quoted me by Hwy 34 Customs was about half what the competion quoted me. He promised the car would be done in a week, and this was over Christmas. Not only was the job done on time, but he did a beautiful job, and had the car running and warmed up for me when I arrived! The price was exactly as quoted .. He made me aware of a broken sway bar on my car that I had no idea about, being that I had just bought the car. He is going to fix that for me, too, and for not much money. I can't say enough good things about Bill and Hwy 34 Customs. Bill is a wonderful human being, I wish there were more people like him in this world. I never owned a car before, so I didn't know what to do when my car broke down. They towed my car, fixed it and even came to pick me up when the car was ready. The price is reasonable and service as friendly as possible. I hope more people find out about this wonderful place. I highly recommend Hwy 34 to anyone who is looking for towing service, auto parts/fixes and any service they provide.
