I’ve been watching this company for months finally found a daily driver I wanted went in filled out paperwork car has issues on start up engine power reduced ok that’s fine call when you all get it fixed 2 weeks later no contact call them they say the denied me because my id didn’t match my lease that shows I literally just moved next issue how much do you make per hour I’m a truck driver I get paid per mile not per hour I guess that’s a scam when I make over 6figures on paper she questioned that as well at the end of the day Hyatt imports is highly unprofessional and I also listened as the called every customer requesting them to pay more than normal payment I dodge a bullet and maybe you can as well UPDATE after this review I received a call from the lady at the office trying to insult m

Horrible place to buy a vehicle!!!! Went to go look at some cars and all off them need a jump, test drove 2 and they all had transmission issues, some had engine noises. Over all don’t recommend getting anything here.

We got our truck on September 2025 and today February 2026, after 5 months it completely stopped working, our mechanic said there’s no way to make it work again, we will get with our lawyers to get this place shut down, how can they be selling useless cars

dont waste your time buying a car from here, 90% of these cars on the lot have x,y,z issues that they ALL are aware of from front staff to owner to mechanical workers and still sell the car as is. I purchased a car from them in october 2024, 6 months later i still do not have a sticker because the inspection has not been able to pass due to the check engine light being on. The couple of time i have taken the car to get look at the just turn off the check engine light and return it the same way. They always have multiple cars being looked at for issues when im there and of course they still expect payment every 2 weeks that all they care about. The owner had the audacity to call my job for a payment when the car is all messed up and they cant even get it together. I will probably seek legal

Nicest liar I’ve ever met. And lies beautifully with a smile. Absolutely lied about the F150 I bought being a ‘One Owner’ Would not provide a carfax report and wouldn’t allow me to take it to the freeway to test drive. Did a 3 block run, around his little territory. Truck looked good, but had major transmission problems and rust that had been freshly painted. I found out 3 days later and he said in front of me, “It was As Is” Do not buy a candy bar from this man or his staff.
