None of those concerns should be considered with this shop. This is truly a gem of a company. The owner, Andy, is one of the best people you’ll ever meet. One of the workers, Ethan, is incredibly knowledgeable of all things auto, and particularly hybrids. I came to this shop in a very difficult chapter in my life. If your Prius needs battery replacement, THESE are the people to call. I called Andy S. at 9 AM 7/15/25 and had my batteries replaced with a three-year warranty that day. Andy makes Engineer Montgomery Scott aka "Scotty" look slow and disorganized. He was smart, friendly, knowledgeable, and swift! He showed me how to turn my car's wireless key back on gratis before diagnosing the problem correctly and my car was back THAT EVENING. Thanks Andy, you're my Hybrid Hero!

Andy was amazing and great person. The cost was very affordable. Andy helped work around our schedule and secure us a loaner. Finished the battery replacement that same day on our Camry! Always communicated with us every step of the way. Once dropped off gave us in-depth details on the process and comparison with the new battery. Hybrid hero’s deserves all our respect!!

Hybrid Hero to the Rescue! Andy is a certified installer of NexPower Sodium batteries. He truly goes above and beyond for his customers. I made an installation appointment, but could not get to his garage because my starter battery was dead. Andy met me in my driveway, and let me borrow his Prius for the duration of the repair. He installed the HV battery and brought my 12V back to life. A mechanic with kindness, integrity and expertise is a breath of fresh air. I can't really say enough good things about my experience with Andy and Hybrid Hero. I recently reconditioned my 2012 Prius C (197k miles) hybrid battery and needed some reconditioned modules. Most of the individual modules in my aging hybrid battery needed replacing. I had seen Andy mention in an online Prius DIY group that he sells reconditioned hybrid battery modules and services them too. During the battery reconditioning process, I reached out to Hybrid Hero for guidance and to purchase the needed modules. After we determined how many replacement modules I needed, Hybrid Hero promptly shipped them to me for cheaper than I could find by any other online seller.
