The owners themselves are pretty nice. The person you have to concern yourself with is the old lady at the front desk. She lies and is on a power Trip from hell. I recently informed them I was moving out of state. After I did they sent a repo man to get the car and told him I was late on my payments and that I was keeping the car from them under lock and key. I guess parking you car that you have been paying for in the garage of your home is under lock and key. Personally I will never do business which them again. I would rather walk before buying a car from them again.

They signed me up to pay 15 grand for a truck that doesn't blue book at 6, then not even a year later, the rear end starts to go out. I tried for several weeks to get them to take it into the shop(for a repair I would still have to pay for), and they refused to even take my reservation because the shop is so backed up. I wonder why? Probably because they buy junk cars, do the bare minimum to get them on the road, then sign people into lopsided contracts paying 3-4 times its value. I paid 8 grand in under a year and the trucks sitting dead in the yard. I wouldn't recommend this place to an enemy.

Well what can I say, it's a used car lot. The people are nice and fair. I bought a truck there recently a d they have stood by every aspect of the warranty. The office and lot are wheelchair friendly and the have a shop on site. They do on lot finance, for some folks that's a huge plus.

I hate the fact that they are under new management and the old management retired. Old management was all about helping the community with a welcoming attitude. The new management is very rude and unpleasant, especially the woman who collect payments. I usually refer family and friends to Hyde park to purchase a vehicle but from this last experience I had, I will just say choose wisely.
