Found them on a google search called them up explained the problem told me bring in the car. Several days later I get a call cars almost done come pick it up open till 5. About 30 minutes later another call car is leaking oil on test drive need to order correct parts from dealer come get your car and bring it back when parts comes in cause car cant be in shop andnot responsible if parked in parking lot. Turns out parts neeeded are critical for turbo lubrication an running without oil will damage turbo. I managed to get the Acura dealership to overnight part and they installed and returned car with turbo already damaged and i was told after I paid them that is stillnot workig correctly and to have catalytic converter replaced. I came here based on the recommendation from a family member (and plenty of other great reviews here to back them up). I had my catalytic converter stolen and worked with the shop through insurance. The process took a bit of time (to no fault of the shop), but along the way the team helped me through the process, communicated well and advocated for me with insurance. It's been a couple months now and everything is running smooth – thank you all for the great service!

When my 2016 Silverado engine bit the dust at 112,000 miles. Hye Tech was the only shop with great reviews. After talking to John about my options, I decided to replace the factory AFM engine with a Jasper NON AFM Remanufactured (not rebuilt) engine. This upgrade will remove the 4 cyl. functionality that these engines have issues with. They worked with Jasper to order the new engine, R&R my engine, and get my truck to basically new for 1/6th of the cost of replacing my truck with a new one. They were honest, and a pleasure to work with, didn't even charge me for the 500 mi. oil change to be in compliance with the engine warranty, and even replaced the engine mounts with free labor. John and Harry are very knowledgeable and know what it means to take care of the customer!
