Drew came by, quoted a price, shook my hand, and picked up my snowblower. As he drove away, I kinda panicked a little. I had no way of knowing if I'd ever see that machine again. A few days later, he dropped it off in great working condition and gave me some advice on how to avoid the issue in the future. He even charged me less than the original price. It's not often in our crazy world that a handshake is all you need, but Drew made a verbal agreement and held himself to it. He's a good man and I won't be going anywhere else if I need help with small machine work in the future. Rock on, Drew... the world needs more people like you.
