had us waiting FOUR hours JUST for an oil change. terrible communication between customers too to let us know what was the hold up or how much longer exactly. nobody wants to spend 4+ hours waiting around with no update on what is going on. ridiculous. if you are going to schedule customers for appointments, try to make sure you do better timing wise.
They we're incredibly helpful, gave me part numbers and prices so that I can look up the specific sub-part that I needed instead of the larger part
