Hyandai customer care doesn’t care. They told us we couldn’t tow our car to our NC dealer so they towed it to GA. The ICCU part we need could take months to get and this is our only vehicle. Now they say they can’t give us a loaner because we are in another state. Not our fault. So frustrated. No more Hyandai do us!! I’d give a 0 rating if I could.

This company is a joke!!!! I had my 2014 Hyundia Sonata lock up and catch fire while I was driving down the highway!! I have been passed around to different departments and different people with hyjndia ans there Theta engine settlement department for months with no resolution¡!! The manager that handles fire claims was out for what must have been a month of work with no one in staff to "esculate" my claim back to hyundia motor america... I have been told over and over I would heard from someone by phone or email and I haven't this all started on October 9th and I have no car because of there crap engines! I have done all the work and maintenance on it myself. Changing oil every 3000 miles using synthetic top notch products. They recommended every 7,500. It had an oil consumption issue. About every 3-5 days I was having to add 2 quarts of oil. But had no leaks anywhere. I was really hoping to get another 50-75,000 or more miles out of it. Stay away from the Hyundai product! They are currently in breach of a power train warranty contract, currently has 71k miles. My 76 year old mother, original owner bought a 2015 Santa Fe sport... ON 7/14/24 the engine locked up due to failure of lower connecting rod bearing as thousands of these engines, 2.4L have. They know these problems exist even issuing a campaign 953, and subsequent related to the problem. HMA has denied the warranty stating not having an oil change receipt from 2020, 4 years ago and 40k miles ago.
