Melinda was very kind and friendly. I did have to wait a while but I had two nails in two different tires so they fixed them and did my regular service and rotation. I love the waiting area because it had a desk setup for me to be able work from my ipad and they had plenty of snacks if you wanted them. The internet service is bad there though so you have to use their public WiFi which I’m not a fan of because of the type of work I do. Rich was also friendly and helpful in seeing if I could lower my payments.

I was there 4 times and I had issues all 4 times. I bought a Santa Cruz in Feb 2024. At the 7,000 mile oil change I told them my brakes were scrapping when I was stopped and crawling up, think school pickup line. They told me it was a new car and it would go away. I waited an hour and a half and my car still was not pulled around for an oil change and I was told it would be another 15 minutes before they started to work on it. I had an appointment, they told me they were like a doctors office and appointments got pushed back. My daughter in law took it back, still didn’t look at the brakes. At the 14,000 oil change I again told them about the scrapping, they said my brakes were at a B- or C and it was fine. I told them in all my cars my brakes never wore like that and something was wrong.

I was having issues with my dash, asked them to check the battery and they said it was fine. It died a few days later. It was the original battery that was 5 years old.
