About a month and a half ago, my car's engine light started flashing. They told me my car was checked and it had a P1326 Knock sensor fault. I paid approximately $850 plus tax to have it replaced. During this time, I spent approximately $1500 on Uber to get to work. During this month and a half, my car has given the same fault three times. Communication with your branch was extremely poor during this period. Ultimately, they told me it wasn't a knock sensor fault, but rather several other sensor faults that needed fixing, and that I would have to pay another $5000. But I had already paid the initial amount and I requested a refund. Although the service manager said it wasn't due to the knock sensor, I had asked another local auto mechanic to check it before going there. They confirmed the
The experience with the repair department is horrible. My 2017 Hyundai Tucson Sport, that I bought in November of 2023, motor went out. I get regular oil changes every 6000 miles. I'm covered under warranty. It went out November 2024 before Thanksgiving. Here it is the end of February & I'm still without my truck. I was called to come get it only for me to have to take it back the same day for a check engine light. It won't go over 40. My truck was broken into on their lot & items were stolen. I was told that it was my responsibility to take out all of my valuables & that they weren't responsible. This has been the worst car ever to buy. I wish I would've bought a used vehicle off a used lot instead of paying all this money for a lemon.
Had my car broken into where they broke the window, steering column, and door handle. Had it towed her because it was after hours on Friday. Come to find out their entire service department is CLOSED on Saturday AND Sunday. Strike one. Then I call them up immediately on Monday. I ask for the service department. They have a hard time even getting someone on the phone. I finally get through to someone after 5 tries and they say it will be 3 weeks before anyone can even look at my car! despite having dropped it off on Friday night. My insurance company said no to that so I asked for someone to give me a call back - all I needed was a point of contact with someone who had my key. NO ONE ever called me back all day so I show up in person and collect my key in person. I tell the guy "I am collec
Do NOT take your car here if you have an EV or hybrid. Back in October I had a recall available for my car, so I scheduled a service appointment with the department over the phone. They told me they had a 2 month backlog to have my vehicle worked on. What they didn't tell me is that they're not even certified to work on electric vehicles. Mind you, they changed locations between October and today when I took my car in (4 months later), and received no message stating they moved their business from downtown Nashville to Antioch. So all in, I waited several months to drive all over town to only go to the dealership and be told they can't even do the work I scheduled with them over the phone. If this is how they do service scheduling, I'm scared to wonder what they'll mess up with my car. I
PSA: Take your car ANYWHERE else! My girlfriend’s Hyundai had the alternator go out related to a recall campaign just sent out, so we had our Santa Fe towed to this location to get it serviced right before Christmas, knowing it would be a few days before it could get looked at. They moved locations the same week anyway, but a rep *promised* us they could get our car in that week and told us not to tow it anywhere else to get it looked at. We then went almost two weeks without hearing back at all even with numerous voicemails left, just for the service manager to - quite frankly, rudely - tell us today that it wouldn’t be able to be looked at for another three weeks. They also refused to tow it to the other dealer, so we had to arrange a tow for it - again, even when they said they could “f
