I scheduled a diagnostic appointment for brakes because my long term trusted mechanic was booking out an entire month. I did not go back after my diagnostic appointment because I was quoted $800 for two pads, two rotors and a brake fluid flush. My trusted mechanic replaced my pads and rotors for well under $400 and checked my brake fluid and said it did not need to be flushed. I expect dealership service centers to be more expensive but it shouldn’t be more than double and they shouldn’t be suggesting services that I do not need. Not one to give low star reviews but I felt like people should know. I’ve been happy with car purchases at this dealership but do yourself a favor and find a different mechanic.

We recently purchased a new Tucson SEL Convience model at "Keene". I usually do a bid process and invite 3 or more dealerships to give me an out the door bid on the car we spec out. They came back with the best price, and best overall offer based on add-on's, warrantee's, etc. The staff didn't try to upsell us, so there was no unplesant moments to deal with. They thoroughly went through all the features and answered all our questions. They even followed up a few days later to see how we are doing with the new car and if we had any new questions. Excellent customer service. Beautiful repair job. My neighbor also uses them to service her vehicle and she loves them as well.

Terrible customer service. Very much feels borderline criminal and a very sales oriented up charge at every turn. Had multiple issues of similar in last 2 years. We will never buy or use them for service again. Hyundai you lost a multiple car buyer.
