I recently purchased a new vehicle at Hyundai of Milledgeville. In my past experience, dealing with car sales is equal to medieval torture. But, I was pleasantly surprised. Nick Albino was absolutely fantastic. He took the time to not only listen to my concerns and requirements, but he remembered them. He did not try to confuse me or make me feel uncomfortable. Nick was patient and genuinely nice! And the best part, I drove away in the SUV of my dreams. If you want the best car shopping experience, I highly recommend that you visit Hyundai of Milledgeville and ask for Nick. You won't be disappointed!

I would like to say the customer service the team members provided was good. However like others have expressed, they no longer honor the free oil change. Although they give a $20 discount, it’s still more expensive to get it done here than the Take 5 down the street. The mechanic working on my car literally said I should get my filters changed somewhere else! I think it’s wild they cannot honor the free oil changes that the previous owners promised to those who bought their cars almost a decade ago. You will be losing many customers because of this. My car seemingly didn’t get officially checked in until after my appointment time, I showed up early. And the oil change/ check up truthfully takes too long. I’m just going to start changing oil myself.

First off, the lady was very nice, so nothing against her service. However, they no longer accept the fee oil changes for life. I bought my new car here in 2020, and that was one of the deciding factors. I didn't know until I showed up for my appointment. I won't be back.

My car stalled out in the middle of the highway and I brought it straight to the dealership when it happened. They were really busy that morning and so I knew it wouldn’t be looked at that day, which was no problem. But after a week, they still hadn’t looked at my car and after ten days they were unable to give me a reason for the problem and resolved nothing, all while I had no reliable transportation and had to walk 6 miles to work. When I spoke to the mechanic advisor Steven on the phone, his solution was for me to “get a new car”. As I drove home from the dealership, my car shut down and did the exact thing it did when I brought the car in. I was in my car for about five minutes when this happened, they had my car for ten days and couldn’t duplicate the issue? I’m incredibly frustrated
