Just bought a car from the dealership, salesmen and women are amazing and work really hard and are currently doing a final inspection after we bought the car and it’s taking forever we have been waiting for this inspection for 2 hours atp they said they would replace brakes but it’s been an hour and a half since they said that and then they went on a lunch break while we are waiting for this to be done so we can get out of here and drive our brand new car.

It's almost time for my Ioniq's next service, so I'm WAY late with this review, but I had to make a note of how very pleased I was with every step of the last service experience! Alexis welcomed me to the service area, listened to a concern that had arisen, and assured me that all would be taken care of! After a reasonable wait, the service team had me back on the road, confident that all was well! If I may echo Arnold Schwarzenegger: I'll be back!

Be cautious when buying parts using Apple Pay at the parts department. They don’t issue refunds back to your card due to some internal system issues. They promised to send a check instead, but it’s been almost a month and I still haven’t received it!

We came in with an issue with one of our tires leaking air after taking a bad hit from a sudden shoulder drop off. After inspecting the wheel, they informed us it would "require" a total replacement, involving a $1500 repair and a 7 day turnover to order the OEM parts. Problem was, we were only in town for a few days over the weekend and had to drive back to Texas. Despite knowing us, they still sold us the "doom and gloom" scenario and said the car was undriveable. My common sense finally kicked in and realized that this was a wheel repair job and didn't require a total replacement. Besides the minor inconvenience of filling up air every couple of hundred miles, our car drove back over 1000 miles with minimal wear to our tire tread or damage to our alignment.
