Bryan is probably the worst parts representative ever. It seems like he'd stays on the wrong side of the bed. Bad reputation for a hyundai dealer I frequent for parts. Will be taking me business else where. Kirkland parts people are always polite.
They worked on my car, the advisors I worked with sounded great. Got all my fluids checked which was amazing. Good place to take my car!
The phone teller was very annoyed when I asked if I could purchase a part, he asked for my VIN and I was confused as to why he was asking for it and responded asking if I could just know if a part was in stock based on the prt number and he helped me once we understood each other a bit better but he was definitely very condescending so I took my business else where
