Best experience I’ve ever had with tires. Genuinely good guy that has your best interest at heart. Had a flat 30 minutes away. He left his home at almost 11 PM. He went above and beyond, gave me a ride home, fixed my tires fast and even had a good conversation on the way. 1000/10! Anything tires, he’s your guy. Might be best experience I’ve had with any service my entire time in Oregon.
I was in an accident at 3 a.m. and had my truck towed in. From the very beginning, the team reassured me that I’d be back on the road before the end of the business day — and they absolutely delivered! This family-owned business truly cares about owner-operators. They took the time to address all my concerns and even helped save me a few dollars where they could, without compromising the quality of their work. Their honesty, professionalism, and dedication have earned them a lifelong customer. Highly recommend!
Absolutely exceptional service from Namon and I-5 Fleet Services. We were able to get in right away for an oil change for our RV - after trying a dozen places in the area! Namon shifted his schedule to accommodate our last minute request and we are so grateful for his kindness and willingness to show us the process along the way.
We were broken down on the side of I-5 with two wheel lugs sheared off on our 5th wheel. After hours with coach net unable to find someone to help on a Sunday we left the trailer overnight. Monday morning was no different with no one willing to fix our trailer on the side of the interstate. On a cold call we found I-5 Fleet Services and Namon did a great job getting us setup for service where Glenn came out got us back on the road again despite numerous curve balls. Thanks again for the outstanding support on getting us safely back on the road again.
I’m stoked on Namon and his crew! I snapped a leaf spring- Brent stopped by on his way into work❤️. Measured my springs- got them ordered and then DAN ( nicest guy ever)- came and installed 2 new leaf springs= HAPPY CAMPER on her way…
