I had the full interior package performed by Curtis. He did an excellent job. The seats needed major cleaning from nine years worth of spills over time. He steam cleans them. They look fantastic! Thank you so much for such a great job!

I feel robbed, I brought a dirtier than normal car in at 10:00am after choosing a detail package that cost $185 and received a text at 3:45pm saying they had already reached $300 on my bill. I go to pick up the car and it wasn’t even completely vacuumed out. There were no contents in the car and nothing more than a few wrappers for garbage. I voiced my dissatisfaction which was met with silence. This place is a scam. 5 hours and $270 later the car is half vacuumed and clean on the outside… no surfaces were wiped, nothing else was cleaned. Terrible terrible service.

I did the Hall of Fame and WOW!! Curtis goes above and WAY beyond. My Jeep looked like it just came off the assembly line. Seriously I looked in and he was putting my license plate on……..YES he even cleaned under the license plate. Thank Curtis for a fabulous job.

I was very pleased with my experience at I-Detail in Durand. I've never had a vehicle "detailed" before, but the results were great. My van looks brand new & that wasn't easy as it's 10 years old & has spent most of it's time outside. The exterior was smooth as glass & I could see the reflections of the shop on the paint. Chrome polished, windows 100% streak free, absolutely zero fragrance inside (no fake air fresheners needed to mask smells), the black interior was spotless, what should shine, shined & the carpet didn't have even a piece of lint showing. The office/waiting area was small, but clean. There's a convience store across the intersection, so it's easy to grab some snacks & beverage, there is ice cold water available by the cup in the office. It's not a handicapped friendly entr

I had Curtis do the Hall of Fame package on my Chevy Silverado. He did a wonderful job! Looks like new on the inside and it's 6 years old! And smells new! Would recommend Curtis for sure.
