Awful customer service. Called for a flat tire repair (says tire in name). Kept getting put on hold. After 9x calls someone finally answered but was rude, said they don’t do tires. Hung up immediately. Don’t know how good their mechanical services are but based off just their customer service would not recommend.

I've been going to this place for a while now. I tried to give them my business because I see that they are small business and they're trying to make it. I rather bring my business to them than the other tire shop on Long Island Avenue closer to Carl's Path. Only thing I dislike is that sometimes you go there and it seems like they need to be more friendlier. And greet their customers better. Do remember we're here to bring money to you to support your business.

My tire blew out on a Saturday night and this place was one of the few places open on a Sunday to take a look. The mechanics were super quick and understanding, and they were able to get me going again in no time flat.
