After Expressing frustration with the last auto mechanic I used, a friend of mine suggested this place to me, swearing to their knowledge and fairness. Instead of trying to get money out of me, Ben instead explained that I didn't have any issue at all, something that the previous place barely did. They have a regular customer in me now.

I will no longer be coming to this mechanic shop for any more repairs. The last time I was there which was a month ago, the mechanic gonna try to tell me “I shouldn’t try to be a mechanic” and basically belittle my intelligence because I was doing my research about the catalytic converter and it’s oxygen sensors that BEN (the manager) didn’t even tell me about. First off, no matter what I’m doing in life, I’m ALWAYS gonna do research on anything that I’m interested in. Second off, I have a LEGAL RIGHT to buy my auto parts either from an auto parts store, junk yard, or online. They were upset because instead of me paying $800 for my Cadillac Converter, I was able to save myself $400-$600 by ordering the Cadillac Converter online which was only $93 for my car + paying them for their labor pr

IT Auto has been my family's mechanic shop for at least 5 years. We always get a fair price, good advice, and quality work. We have even purchased a couple of cars through the owner.

I needed an inspection done and a friend suggested IT Auto Service. I had already went to several different inspection stations and no one could inspect my car and all they would say is that the device could not read my car. I am not a mechanic and did not know what that meant. I decided to give IT Auto Service a try. When I took my car there they figured out what the problem was, explained everything to me and fixed it at a very reasonable/affordable price. I am now a customer for life! All I can say is IT Auto Service is professionalism at it's best! I now send all of my family and friends and they are impressed too. Thanks for getting me back on the road again!
