Brought in my 2019 Porsche Macan, needed the condenser replaced which involves a lot of labor hours. These guys beat Porsche by more than 1/2. Picked up the car today and flawless. I brought my 2013 Kia Optima in for a blown engine. I highly recommend Itech. I had to get a whole new engine, Ricky was very helpful and they ended up giving me a completed rebuilt engine, I am now back in the road. I came in to ITech mechanic shop for an electrical diagnostic. I have been having trouble with my car’s alternator even after I have changed it 3 times. I initially called and made an appointment with Rick who by far was understanding and very polite. He listened to what was going on and then proceeded to ask me questions to accommodate my schedule. When It was time for my appointment, I was then greeted by Carlos, the service manager who listened to me. I have to say, he is heaven sent. Not only did he do my diagnostic but he gave his honest recommendation based on his assessment. He is transparent and did not lie to me about anything. He was amazing and gave great customer service. This place has the best guys. Rickey and Rob always work with you when it comes to prices. They will show you whats wrong with your car, instead of telling you. (Pull you to the garage and point it out and will diagnose it sometimes even without having to start the car) it’s lovely.
