Ian's Auto Service Honda & Acura Specialist

Chose this place for my civic Type R because I’m not a big fan of stealerships. The service was phenomenal from dropping off my car to picking it up. They kept great communication throughout the whole process from drop off, dealing with warranty company, ordering parts, and to completion. I never rush mechanics to finish my car because I’d rather them fix everything correctly the first time, so I was expecting a couple weeks of not having my car. They were finished within one week!! And everything is running smoothly so far. The A/C system was replaced. Very glad I found this Honda specialist. I will be using them as my mechanic from here on out.

Exactly what you want for a mechanic shop. Jamie at the front desk is absolutely fantastic. He also didn’t treat me (as a woman) any different, and I truly respected and appreciated that. He is knowledgeable and honest. He has helped me through several pre-purchase inspections. The mechanics also did a bunch of work on a CR-V for me, and all the work was top-notch and warrantied. Their PPIs are super thorough with picture and video, so that I felt confident about my decision to purchase or not purchase the vehicle. They are always prompt, polite, and helpful. I can’t say enough nice things about them, and I am just so relieved I finally found a shop that I trust. If you have a Japanese-made car, these are your guys!!!!

Yesterday I went to Ian’s for the first time. I was referred to them by a friend. Well from the time I walked in and picked up my car I was treated with high customer services skills. Clean area to sit and very professional staff. Jamie helped me from start to finish. They were excellent in my car care. Giving me a text with photos and showed me exactly what needed done. There was no pressure to do things, but an expression of urgency on some. They did my oil change in a 25 point inspection. That was very thorough. I will definitely be bringing my car back to get work done. Such a wonderful place could not recommend it more. You guys so very much

Ian's is by far the best car shop for my Acura Legend! They're extremely quick on diagnosing my vehicle, and keeping me updated. They also do amazing work at fair prices. The service manager Jamie is extremely friendly, helpful, efficient and professional. Keep up the great work👍

The team at Ian’s did a fantastic job fixing my Infiniti QX80. They were thorough, professional, communicated well, and reasonably priced. I will definitely be bringing my vehicle back here for all of my maintenance needs.
