Ivan and his crew at IC Details did an amazing job on our 2013 Subaru Outback. We were getting it ready to sell it and although it was in good shape, it needed some extra TLC. Drop off was quick as his shop on Sanborn is easy to find. The crew at IC Details made the Outback look better than we anticipated; wheels & tires, the trim, body & headlights looked amazing. Gone was all the road gunk we couldn't get off ourselves. Even the small scratches & paint from another car that marked our car (parked too close) was gone - as if it was never there. The lower part of the car door panels had what we thought were permanent 'spots' from oil & dirt - they were cleaned & buffed out. The interior leather & carpets were freshened up nicely. Just got my car back from the IC Details and WOW!! It looks amazing!!! I interviewed a handful of detailers because I was concerned about trusting anyone with my car. My black paint was oxidizing and it was looking really bad for only being 6 years old. Ivan met with me, explained the process, and provided recommendations. We went with paint-correction and the five year ceramic coating. Perfect transaction from start to finish. We are very impressed with Ivan and the services from IC Details! We are definitely taking our new cars to him in the future for ceramic coats to protect them.
