Awesome customer service and took time to answer questions. These guys know ice castles and are worth the visit!!!! They are above any dealer and go above and beyond for their customers. The attention to detail and enthusiasm they put into these ice castles is incredible! If you are thinking of an ice castle please go see these guys!!

Dealership was actually great however the unit had an issue and it was downhill from there. Any after purchase issues are run through another shop. Communication is unclear and infrequent. With some pressure I got my unit. 4 washers behind 2 bottom hinges and you still feel the door is locked unless you lift up hard. Electric brake cable left too long and unsecured and it burned half through on the tire. ZERO quality control!!!!!! Chapter2 Never used the unit last winter due to inadequate ice. Used it a little this summer but AC will not function without fuses blowing daily. Fender is falling off on one side as the bracket is failing due to a crappy weld. Looks like it's back to Montevideo before my warranty runs out.

It took about 3 hours. My kids loved it! We will be back!!! There were slides and mazes. They had have got chocolate and food trucks.
