Great experience dealing with Abraham and all the staff. Gave me a fair trade-in value for my vehicle and was not a pushy salesman which I can appreciate. I arrived near closing time and they didn’t rush to get me out of the doors so they could go home. Diligent and thoughtful staff. Hope to return in the future.

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE STAY AWAY FROM THIS LIARS..... 2018 CADILAC ESCALATE PAID CASH FOR IT ! SPOKE ZACK ADAMS I ASKED WHY HE WAS SELLING THE VEHICLE AS IS , DIDNT ANSWER MY QUESTION ,JUST TOLD ME THE SUV WAS IN GREAT"EXCELLENT" CONDITION WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH IT. IM FROM SC DID THE TRANSACTION ONLINE /OVER THE PHONE ,I ALSO ASKED HIM FOR PIC OF ANY DAMAGES ON VEHICLE HE STATED "IM NOT AT THE DEALER RIGHT NOW I WILL SEND IT TO YOU ON MONDAY '3 DAYS LATER" HE SEND ME A VIDEO . I DIDNT ASK FOR VIDEO !!! I SAID PICTURES OF ALL DAMAGES, I GOT THE CAR SEND IT TO CADILAC TO HAVE IT CHECKED . "TEXAS STATE INSPECTED " HOW ??? IF NEED TIRES ,BRAKES,WHINDSHIELD NEEDS REPLACEMENT FRONT CAMERA BROKEN ,4 TIRES AND REAR BRAKE,WINDSHIELD CHIPPED OVER $3000 TO GET IT DONE + MIRRORS DONT FOLD PROPERLY B

Bought the car from Icon exotics out of state(NJ) Lilly and the owner Amir were great, one of the best dealerships I have ever worked with. I highly recommend these guys even if you out of state!

I purchased a vehicle from them and of course they were awesome and nice at first. The engine went out on the vehicle in the first month!! When I contacted them to notify them of the problem I was treated like scum, called racial slurs by Zach and Lilly and hung up on. Please don’t purchase vehicles from this dealership. Why didn’t I get the warranty you ask? Because Zach assured me I didn’t need it and this vehicle was sound! He also told me he’d help get the vehicle fixed and again when I called I was now a bother and they became impatient and frustrated with me but to call me those names and to treat a customer that way was wrong!i didn’t deserve to be taken advantage of and lied to. I still wish you all the best.
