From the very first time I walked into the shop, Hank was extremely detailed and clear about how my car was going to be fixed, which immediately caught my attention. The repair was completed right on the agreed timeline, with no delays. When I picked up my car, I was honestly impressed. It came back very clean—even better than I expected. They detailed the car inside and out, and it honestly looked sharper than when I first bought it. The entire team, especially Hank & Santos, was very attentive and always responsive to my questions. I can definitely see why this shop has a 5-star rating. I’m totally satisfied with the service and would highly recommend this shop to friends and family.

I recently decided to try Ideal Collision to repair my 2016 Toyota Tundra that had got into an accident. Hank assured me that he would fight to get every part that was necessary to bring my truck back to new, and he did just that. When I got my truck back, it was better than the day I bought it. He had the car detailed inside and out. Whoever detailed that truck deserves a medal. It was immaculate and the repair was perfect 👌🏽. They even detailed the engine! I manage a small fleet of cars and I’ve dealt with several accidents and repairs. This was by far and away the best service I’ve ever had. All of the guys in the shop were friendly and helpful and Hank was a great too. 5 stars isn’t enough to rate because they definitely are head and shoulders above the rest.

As someone who has been in the automotive industry for over 20 years, I am extremely picky on how my car looks, especially if body work has to be completed. Unfortunately, my brand new car was damaged by a door that was opened into the fender causing a dent and a chipped paint. I brought it to the ICC team and waited patiently a short few days for my fender to be repaired. When I picked up my car upon completion, even I couldn’t tell where it had been damaged. Great job by Jay, Adi and team at ICC. I will not hesitate to bring any future needs to the team at ICC!

Just had my nissan's bumper and tail light done by Ideal and I couldn't be happier! Hank explained everything in detail when I first brought it in and was quick to respond to any questions I had during the whole process. I would not only recommend them, but they will always be my first choice for any body work! They do an amazing and thorough job!
