I can't imagine anyone being displeased with Ideal Tractor or Ron Riemenschneider. I have been doing business with Ron and his company since 2001 (14 years) and have never had anything but pleasant and totally honest experiences. I highly recommend him to everyone looking for any type of heavy equipment. I have personally watched him go above and beyond the call of duty to keep his customers happy. Call him and talk to him, you will see that he will answer your questions directly and honestly. If it is a long drive to come and look at the equipment he will take excellent pictures and send them to you via email. This is a great company with great people working to satisfy all of your equipment needs both sales and rental. I trust them 100%

I called and ask a simple question and dispatcher (lady) was rude, I asked again what service they are offering. She was rude again and hung up on me. This is not the way to handle a customer!
