same as everone else, used to be great, their autopay system fails, no communication about billing, can't get a hold of anyone to fix the isses, don't waste your time

I'd give their billing department a negative number if I could! Autopay through bank kept me never missing a payment yet account was deactivated. We called, set up autopay on a credit card, so they then charged us 4 months + that had already been paid for via my bank account - I have proof!!! Then another several hours wasted to get all of that credited back on the following months statement, only to be here, 5 months later, with my account again deactivated.....wait for it.....for non-payment of the same four months dating back to 9 months ago - that we already established had been paid for via my bank account. I had to pay again today - $500+ - 9 months and several wasted hours of my time later, in order to get the account back on and my guys working. THESE PEOPLE SUCK!!!!

It used to be worth it, now the service is just another DMV line to stand in to dispute charges. I never thought I would say this, but I hate this company now.

I have been using identifix for more than eight years now, and this was the final nail in the coffin for them . using them for so long there user experience has fallen greatly. Their customer service is Garbage, and the final straw was them not notifying that the auto pay was not correct in the system and seven months later having a giant bill for a small company is unacceptable. I do not recommend this company or this program to anybody owning a small automotive shop. You’re better off with Snap-On, Mitchell on demand or pro demand. Also, FYI, identifix it doesn’t help when your reps talk shit about your company as well, When they know for a fact, the programming is starting to fail.

Absolute horrible software. Customer service is a joke and they charge you after you cancel with them. Predatory and not even a good service. Google does a better job at finding info
