I recently purchased a Model S at this dealership and my experience was great. Walter was the most helpful salesman I’ve ever interacted with. I had a couple of questions and concerns and he addressed them very quickly and resolved them fully. The service team is great as well. I needed help reattaching a small plastic piece on the underside on the vehicle and Juan helped me right away. The work done was great and the vehicle looked perfect afterwards. I will definitely be returning to purchase my next vehicle.

Walter was very welcoming and gave me the keys right away to try the car. When i said i need to sleep on it, he was not pushy (unlike other dealerships). They also gave me a fair trade in value for my car (unlike other dealerships where i needed to haggle with them). They were receptive of negotiating. With this they agreed to include the windshield replacement because of rock chips as part of the price. When i pointed out that the mats and cargo roller was missing vs the pictures, they realized that these were put back into an other eqs after detailing that was already sold. Without hesitation they offered to order the replacement parts for me. Overall very satisfied and would return again! I also like that cars are stored inside and instead of rotting in the sun.

Had the pleasure of working with Mike who turned a sour experience at a different dealership into a great day taking home a new truck. Very responsive through calls/text, no non-sense, got me a number I liked for my trade and we had a deal worked up before me even getting to the dealership. Once I arrived, warm welcome, got me in the truck and told me to take it out for a spin (I appreciate dealers who don’t hover on a test drive). Overall, one the easiest and best car buying experiences. Would definitely recommend to friends/family and anyone on the market for a good deal from good people. Thanks Mike!

Had an all around excellent experience with iDrive1 Motorcars. I actually live in Massachusetts so was having them ship a car from Texas, which I thought would be tough but they did such a great job making the process easy and transparent. I worked with Brad from their sales team who was amazing the entire way... highly responsive, had answers to all of my questions, and just made things easy on me. No hidden fees anywhere - total transparency. They clearly take great pride in the way they serve consumers.
