I brought my GR Supra here recently and I'm ecstatic to have found my new permanent spot to get maintenance done in the future. I was referred to this place by another shop in the area and I'm glad they did because my experience at IKONIC was great. It was super easy scheduling an appointment over the phone and I liked the text reminders as well. On the day of the service, they were very professional and knowledgeable about not just my car, but all BMW's in general, which is amazing because they know just about every common issue with BMW cars so you can get on top of it. From the first phone call, the mechanic (possibly the owner) clearly explained what they could do and even provided trusted towing companies to help get the car to their shop. I never thought I’d have a positive experience on the level that I did with a wrecked 5 series. These guys went above and beyond to take care of me and the work was immaculate. They also advocated for me with my insurance company to get the proper parts to make good repairs. These are good guys.

these guys are the best bmw experts in LA. honest, fair, and do great work. trust them with my 2001 z3 and she’s never been better. will continue to come to them to keep her alive and well and recommend anyone with a beemer who needs help to go to this shop!

I really can’t say enough about these guys they are an incredibly honest shop and their work ethic is incredible. They are BMW factory trained mechanics with extensive knowledge about BMW M3’s M4’s, M5’s etc. They also do work on 335i’s, 435i’s and all other BMW’s. The price is very affordable compared to a BMW dealership where you’re getting the same exact service. They work after hours and make sure that they get the job done on time. It’s very hard to find shops like this nowadays but we truly appreciate all that you guys do for us thank you! Best place for bmw service, mechanic, repair, etc!
