Recently, I had a set of bespoke custom wheels from Japan installed on my car. I specifically instructed the owner, John, not to use any soap, cleaner, or chemicals—water only. Despite my clear request, he proceeded to cover my vehicle with a foam cannon, insisting it was “water-based.” Two weeks later, I noticed a whitish residue on my wheels. When I returned for an explanation, he couldn’t remove the discoloration and denied responsibility. At his suggestion, I took the wheels to a specialized shop, which confirmed the damage: his substandard product etched through the factory clearcoat. John and team at image first are exceptional! My BMW M4 was in need of TLC, and the Image First team brought it back to life - like new! Attention to detail is over the top. And they won't let a car out of the bay util it's as perfect as possible. I have used several retailers over the years, and they are the best!!
