I do not get it. You have a new slogan as CHI of human Kindness yet you are still treating residents in your facility(S) as prisoners. You do not have visitation on the weekends and you are not letting the residents out side for fresh air. One thing I do get is staffing issues. However only you as a company can fix that. You need to treat the residents like humans again. They are not your prisoners. There are family members out there that would love to be able to see there loved ones but can’t because visitation is not Available when they can get up there, and you are not allowing your residents out side to visit either.
The staff I work with are so caring and professional. They wrap their arms around those who enter our building for care and offer comprehensive, diligent service. Love and laughter surround the residents.
The doctors and nurses are very good there along with the rehab team. When I had my stroke they all did an wonderful job to get me back on my feet.
Lousy food no shower for at least two weeks
