TRUE STORY. I selected (a small business) Impact Auto to handle body repairs to my 2012 Acura MDX in January 2025 after an accident that caused front-end damage. My insurance issued a check for repair and I provided half of the check ($1850.00) to Impact Auto at their request to purchase parts. Within a couple of days, my insurance company determined my vehicle was totaled and they informed Impact Auto. I followed up with Impact Auto to receive the $1850 back. The individual I talked to from my initial inquiry and over plenty of phone calls and texts, agreed to return this money, but claimed to not be able to at that time and would need a few weeks to do so. Terrible experience — currently in a lawsuit over the damage they caused to my car. I hired Impact Automotive LLC for exterior bodywork on my Mercedes. The work was substandard — paint was uneven, dents were left untouched, and they even clear-coated over fingerprints. They also disconnected my dashcam and left my interior filthy. I had to get a professional repair quote for over $3,600 to fix their mistakes. I filed a claim and won a court judgment in my favor, but they still haven’t paid. I’d strongly recommend avoiding this business unless you want to deal with the same headache

Had my daughter’s Jeep Wrangler painted. They did a quality job for a very reasonable price. A year later and it still looks great.
