I bought my Elka’s stage 4s from Elka Canada 3-4 months ago ,and stage 3s 3-4 years ago. I get NO costumer support WHATSOEVER from them in the past 3-4 months, I got the runaround (3 times)with ” tech will get back to you”. Never happened ‘( what’s comical is, on the elka website it says “ if you didn’t buy from us we’ll get back to you when we can”). What it should say is” after the sale call someone else”. So I called elka USA ( impact solutions). I/S had no problem helping me even though I didn’t buy them from them. Will never buy from Canada again. Thanks Impact Solutions ,Won’t be forgotten
