My husband and I have been taking our cars to Carl at Impeccable Auto since he opened. By far the most trust each and knowledgeable mechanic we have ever had. Any car question we have, we call Carl. We bring cars to him before we buy them and he puts them up on a lift and gives them a thorough inspection for us. Carl is a wonderful mechanic, and we are so very happy with his service and shop. When we take our vehicles to him, we KNOW the work will be done properly, and at a fair price. We won't take our vehicles anywhere else.

He loves to hold your vehicle forever. Says he has the parts, but yet takes his time. Literally has a vehicle now for over a month and still hasn't gotten to it. Has a habit of doing this again and again. Poor businessman. If I could give him a negative star rating it would be - 5 stars. See he has 27 reviews. Wonder if those are his buddies, family members or people he's paid for the reviews???

If I could take that star away I would. We had our truck towed there on October 29th to be repaired. The truck sat there for two weeks in the same spot. When they finally did look at it, and I'm not so sure they did, they said they couldn't get the part out without breaking it due to rust. My boyfriend already knew this to possibly be the case and told them to go ahead and do what they have to do to fix it. After another week and no word from them my boyfriend went there to find out what's going on. They had nothing but poor excuses as to why they haven't been able to get to his truck. We ended up having it towed AGAIN to a reputable garage to be repaired. Highly disappointed considering they have a 4.6 star rating. Scheduled a car inspection week prior. Come to the day of, there’s a sign at the shop “got Covid sorry, shops closed”. Why didn’t you call me? Notify my my appointments canceled. Now all the neighboring shops are booked until next year…

So when you drive by your always seeing the same cars in the lot? This guy's deal is agreed to fix your car then take forever and hope you abandon it
