Thank you ed the sales manager and technician at impel union truck sales on sell me my first truck a black 2018 KW T680. The experience went problem and stress free. I felt like an individual not as a dollar sign. Ed was extremely helpful, honest which is very difficult to find these days, understanding, and experienced. Office and shop layout very good, comfortable, and clean and up to date.
Nicholas was the best I have ever had experience in sales. He is above and beyond in all aspects. Nick keeps his words. He is all about the relationship, not pushing his trucks. He gave me choices regarding trucks.
