HORRIBLE! I called on a Saturday around 10AM to cancel my policy because I found a better price somewhere else. No one answered even though they say they work until 4. I left a voicemail. No one called back. I called again on Monday only for them to tell me I had to drive all the way to their office to cancel my policy. Since when is that a thing?? In 2023?? I’ve canceled policies before where all I had to do is submit a request by email or call and confirm I want to cancel. I went to the office and they said they will cancel effective as of the following day. And that if I wanted to cancel as of Saturday I had to show them my new policy. Even though I had proof I tried to call several times. So I am getting charged a premium for an additional 5 days because they are incompetent. Take your

After having my license suspended and going through hoops to get it reinstated I had to obtain a sr22 and the ladies here at imperial insurance helped with all the questions that I had! The price was too good to pass up compared to others in the area! I will be a customer for years to come. 10/10 Recommend!

I shopped around for car insurance and they where the most affordable with the same coverage, the ladies were always very professional and explained everything thoroughly, they got me all kinds of discounts and were not pushy at all. Overall I’m very satisfied and highly recommend Imperial Insurance Services.

Not sure what everyone in the reviews are talking about yea the lady there has her kids but you don’t know her situation and kids will be kids. but she gives great customer service and the prices she gave me for my 2 vehicles is the best and I went to 5 others before I made my decision and I don’t regret it, she was very nice and explained every question I had been with this insurance for 6-7 years now
