We had a great experience at imperial motors. They were helpful, no pressure, attentive, swift. They helped us find a great car that was in great shape at a great price. Paperwork was easy, no long hours waiting at the dealership. All of my questions were answered with transparency. No hidden fees, no bait and switch tactics that I found at other dealerships. I will absolutely come back again the next time I’m shopping for a vehicle. Skip the large dealerships. Come here instead.
Den was great in helping me with all my needs. Straight negotiation, and honest salesman. Would recommend if shopping for used vehicles. They also replaced two of my lower control arm bushings for free after I purchased the vehicle.
We found this car at noon on a Sunday. called and spoke to Den, and he waited for us to drive there from scottsdale. we took the car for a test ride and loved the vehicle. The paperwork and whole transaction took less than 30 minutes and we were off in the new BMW. The car is in amazing condition and Den and Tony were so great to work with! We would highly recommend Imperial Motors to purchase a used vehicle. Thank you Den and Tony
