Impex Auto Glass

This entire experience has been extremely disappointing. It took five days to have a simple window repair completed, and the process was marked by poor communication and a lack of professionalism. I originally called this in on Thursday to have the work scheduled for Friday, only to find out—after I had to reach out myself—that it would not be completed. The appointment was then pushed to Monday, at which point I again had to call to get an ETA. I was told a technician would arrive within the hour, but with such short notice, I was unable to accommodate. For today, I was given a time frame between 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM. My insurance company set up my appointment and they can't recommend one company over another so the choice was mine. The guys did a great job installing a new windshield in my vehicle. It was great that they were able to come to my job saving me the ride to the shop. Very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend!

Tad bit disappointed. I had a windshield replaced on behalf of a dealership I purchased from. Service was quick, but I noticed same day the molding wasn't secure. I told the technician and sent pictures. It was dismissed as it needed to settle and the molding fits in brackets. My issues were one I'm not a certified tech to repair it, and two my molding came completely off in traffic. I've call impex only to not receive a return call....

Impex worked with us and came out on a Saturday which allowed us to finish out the work week without down time. They were friendly and did an excellent job on the windshield!
