Easy to schedule via email and good communication throughout the repair. Been using them for probably more than 20 years, and they have been my family’s auto consultants, as well as repair shop. Everything they’ve ever said has been spot on, and every repair has been on time and perfectly executed. They may not be the cheapest shop in town, but nobody else is going to touch my car.

Import Authority was professional and communicative when I brought my 2013 Subaru Forrester in. Clinton went above and beyond to get me back on the road in a price range I could afford. They even allowed me access to my vehicle's CarFax report and worked with me on a repair plan of action to avoid getting saddled with a new car payment. I am very grateful for their patience, skill, creative thinking and trustworthiness. One of the reasons I am keeping my foreign car is so they can stay my mechanics. I cannot recommend them high enough.

The door molding was off and the molding hung out side of the frame when I close the door (yes I could've put it back but the peg holes on the molding were warn out). I picked up my car 10-3-25 and the molding was put (glued) back in place. I meant to ask them to fix but forgot. They did it without me asking! Always fantastic services! Honest thorough people! Worth the cost of labor ; ))
