I brought my car in to fix my damaged diver side car door from an accident that left a nice dent and my door with a gap in it. They had it fixed within 4 days and it looks like a new door was put on! Great job! Great work! Also great service! 👍 would highly recommend.

Although I don't have much experience with garage shops, I am confident that this shop has the most honest and professional staff in Utica. The people here are truly awesome, and they provide exceptional service at the best prices, making it the best automotive shop in the area, without a doubt!

This is a busy shop, but if you can get hold of the owner you won't regret it. They are honest and know what they are doing. Needed a couple ac lines replaced and I kept getting quotes of around $1000 from multiple shops (would not let me use my own parts), but these guys did it for $200. This is the best place for brakes, alignment, and can also paint and do collision work (if it ever comes to this)

Called multiple times no one picks up. Whatever drove down to the place walked in and ask for the person Incharge and he’s not there so then I ask some workers how much a bumper replacement would be and they respond with “I don’t know” this is very unprofessional would not recommend I really needed assistance and I have asked multiple times where the person incharge was and they say they don’t know and just wave me down like I’m not a customer
