Import Auto Specialists

On June 30, 2025, I had an emergency for my 2005 BMW 525i. The coolant was pouring out. I contacted Import Auto Specialists because they serviced my Mercedes before. The second day they provided me a diagnosis and recommended a few repairs. The first repair was to replace the water pump - kind of obvious because the coolant was pouring at the bottom. They also recommended to replace the 3 radiator hoses for $1,055.91, the cylinder head (plug) and engine oil filter gasket housing for $762.83. That was too much a cost to repair this old car so I asked them to just to replace the water bump. I knew the car have had some slow leak of coolant for a long time, so I asked them to confirm that the June 30, 2025 emergency was due to the busted water pump. This Auto Shop is very knowledgeable. I have brought them a few cars to get repaired and every time they have done a great job. I have a 2010 Hybrid Tahoe that I just had inspected. The Inspection Report they sent me was very well detailed. They take about 30 pictures and show clear details about the findings of the vehicle. Pictures of leaks, Test strips showing if fluids needs replacing, etc. I also got my Hybrid Batteries tested. The Mechanic took it for a 20 min test ride and told me the electrical currents of my Hybrid Batteries (the output of my hybrid batteries and what the normal current should be). The Mechanic also took the time explaining to me about my Hybrid Battery in my SUV which was nice of him and satisfied all my questions. I highly recommend Import Auto Speciali

Immaculate care given to our Macan. They even wash the car. The communication is superb and their platform is very easy to understand. I won't bring this car anywhere else!
