Import Automotive Repair

I have a 2011 325i, my rear driver side window made a loud crack and stopped working on a Friday morning. Jasmine answered my call and moved mountains to get me in to at least diagnose to see what was wrong. Not only was she super helpful, she worked with me and was professional and kind, which is hard to find these days. Guillermo, the mechanic, was able to get it fixed that day for for a reasonable price. I got to meet the owner as well, these guys are a mom and pop shop that I would recommend giving my money over anyone else. Extremely professional, helpful, customer friendly, and efficient. Bring your car to them over anyone else in Modesto/ripon area, because of all the places I called, they gave the most care and effort to make sure that I was okay. Will be going back here.

Ward, Damien, and the crew were great to work with. Excellent customer service, fair pricing, and quality work. Damien kept us informed of the progress of the repairs on my daughter's Audi. They got the job done in a timely fashion and were outstanding at communicating with us. We will be returning if we need future work on our import vehicles.

I showed up to my appointment at 8am. Even though the system didn't record the appointment I had made online, Guillermo still took me in. He prioritized my vehicle and I was out of there in no time. The customer service I received was superb! I'm making this my personal repair shop and would highly recommend to anyone!

Took my xterra in after taking it to the Nissan dealership for a different service code. Big difference in the way they communicate what is wrong with your car and find a less expensive solution first, saving you money. Isabella was good at getting details when I dropped it off for service. She kept me up to date on what the tech had discovered and asked if parts were still under warranty to see if they could be replaced under warranty. Unfortunately, I bought it used, so I did not have warranty info. They then recommended the less expensive fix and informed me that if the code returned, then the costly fix may be needed, which was a replacement of the out of warranty parts. Royally screwed me over, not once but twice. Got my alternator changed from here but it showed signs at the dash and died after a week. They changed it under warranty but the signs remain. I took it to another shop, they told me it was the alternator, that it was overcharging and not functioning properly so took it back to this shop. They told me they will change the alternator under warranty but signs have nothing to do with it. So they agreed to do a free diagnostic on it. After a month of “intensive” diagnostic they told me they can’t find the problem and it has something to do with dashboard. So then I again I take it back to another shop who replaced the alternator for another $500 with literally a better brand and the signs went away instantly and its functional totally normal now. W
