My car decided that it just doesn't like me and refused to give me heat / defrost when it was 4° outside. My husband took it to ICS and Mike (the owner) was able to diagnose it immediately. Yeah, that's right, my blower just decided to quit on me. Fortunately, Mike was able to overnight the part and had me back on the road in less than 24 hrs. The staff were very friendly and professional. I know if I had taken my car to a dealership, they would have charged me almost double. I have taken a couple of my vehicles to ICS for various repairs (none of which are imports, lol) and have always had a positive experience with their services. They are honest and priced reasonably. I have been taking all my cars to ICS for years now and these guys are the best! I just had a big problem with my car and they got it fixed within 24 hours! whatever you do, go to this place!! these people are beyond honest, and price you extremely fairly. i had an awful experience at another shop that tried to scam me parts i didn’t even need replaced (wanted to charge me $1300 for a vacuum pump and spark plugs). i came here and they immediately took me in and fixed my misfire for $340 (ended up being a coil), and actually solved the issue. everyone here is beyond kind and extremely hard working. i cannot rant and rave about this place enough. if you care for your car, PLEASE go here!

I took my 2012 Mercedes in for service knowing I needed a coolent flush, and possibly other maintenance. They were very helpful, and efficient. They also suggested a couple of products to assist with saving me hundreds of dollars to purchase elsewhere. I highly recommend them, and will not be taking my vehicle anywhere else!!
