Import Car Specialists

I highly recommend the team at Import Car Specialists. They consistantly provide quality service at a much better price than the dealership and truly go above and beyond for their customers. I drive in from the suburbs whenever my car needs any service. That's how much I trust them.

Some people have kids. Others have fur babies. I have old vehicles. They range from millenials to preteens. A couple of them are Toyota's which most shops can do the basics. A couple of them are Range Rover's which a lot of shops say they can work on but can't. I was exclusively using a specialty Rover shop since they opened but sometimes they are too busy. I was also using a specialty Toyota/Lexus shop. Over the last year and a half or so, I've been quietly using Import Car Specialists and have been very happy. High quality, efficient and overall just very down to earth and car obsessed people. I was tired of getting ripped off at the local Land Rover dealers for basic maintenance so once the warranty was up, I’ve been searching for a local shop that I could trust. These guys are just that, small business, local and beyond trustworthy. They delivered quick and efficient recaps of what they saw with my 2020 Land Rover and were suggesting repairs/replacements on the minor things they saw. Ended up getting all the basics done and I can easily say I saved over a grand vs LRNS and LRP. Look forward to bringing my car back to this shop!

I was experiencing an emergency with my car and was referred Import car specialist by another shop due to my car being a German made auto. I called at almost closing time, and the owner was accommodating to make sure he waited until I got there to drop off the vehicle. He set me up with making sure that I was notified beforehand with an extensive report of the car and the issue that needed to be resolved immediately. They had my care serviced and repaired by the end of the next business day. The experience was a relief, and everything was explained along with pictures of needed repairs. I am so grateful to have been introduced to this shop and the fact that there are years of experience in the auto repair business.

These guys saved me and are the nicest, most competent repair gentlemen I have ever encountered. I had a safety emergency on the freeway and was lucky enough to exit on Indian School and find their shop. I had my child w me and once the adrenaline wore off I was really shook. They were so kind and thoughtful. They immediately offered assistance. I had just gotten new tires somewhere else and my car went wild and nearly hit the wall on the freeway...these guys jumped into action and w special precision measured the torque and found the lugs were not tightened all the way. They fixed it, gave us water, refused any financial compensation and calmed me and my child from the scare. It was like having all the best dads in one place. I can't thank you gentlemen enough.
